Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Strong Analytical Skills With Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Data Analysis Tools.
Knowledge Of Sales Compensation Plans And Structures, Including Commission And Bonus Calculations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Sales, Finance, And Hr Teams.
