- Lead a team of sales professionals: Manage and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the company.
- Develop and implement sales strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize sales potential and increase market share in the assigned region.
- Monitor sales performance: Track and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and ensure that sales targets are being met or exceeded.
- Recruit and train sales representatives: Identify and recruit top talent for the sales team and provide training and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing sales force.
- Foster a positive work environment: Create a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team through effective communication, recognition, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Build and maintain client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the region to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' strategies to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Set and meet sales targets: Set achievable and challenging sales targets for the team and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.
- Represent Salesforce: Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A Leadership Role
Strong Understanding Of The Technology Industry And Experience Selling Software Or Saas Products
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
