Risk Management and Compliance - Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain risk management and compliance processes and procedures.
2. Monitor and evaluate existing risk management and compliance systems to ensure effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as internal policies.
3. Remain up to date on changes to laws, rules, and regulations, and apply them to the company’s risk management and compliance processes.
4. Identify potential areas of risk and develop solutions to mitigate them.
5. Develop and implement internal audit procedures to ensure adherence to internal policies.
6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
7. Prepare and review risk management and compliance reports for senior management.
8. Participate in risk management and compliance training initiatives.
9. Provide guidance and support to other departments in the organization on risk management and compliance matters.
10. Respond to inquiries from customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
