Risk Management and Compliance - Senior Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Risk Management and Compliance team at Salesforce. In this role, you will use your knowledge of risk management and compliance to ensure that our business operations are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing risk management strategies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure risk management processes are in place and up to date, and monitoring our compliance with applicable laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth understanding of risk management and compliance processes. You should also have excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement risk management strategies that are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure risk management processes are in place and up to date • Analyze data to identify areas of risk and develop solutions to mitigate potential risks • Keep up to date on changes in laws and regulations that impact risk management and compliance • Create and maintain detailed reports of risk management and compliance activities • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Provide guidance and advice on compliance and risk management issues • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders on risk management and compliance issues
