Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Research Scientist to join the Salesforce AI Research team and be a key contributor to our cutting-edge research on artificial intelligence. As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of research and development of AI technologies and applications. You will collaborate with world-class AI experts to create innovative solutions for Salesforce and our customers.The ideal candidate should have a PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with a strong background in artificial intelligence, deep learning, reinforcement learning, or related areas. A successful candidate should also have excellent research and development skills and the ability to think creatively and develop solutions to complex problems. In addition, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead research and development of AI technologies and applications to push the boundaries of research in the field.
  2. Collaborate with world-class AI experts to create innovative solutions for Salesforce and customers.
  3. Utilize strong research and development skills to think creatively and develop solutions to complex problems.
  4. Develop written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
  5. Identify areas of improvement and implement new strategies to optimize product success.
  6. Prepare and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Remain up-to-date on latest trends and advancements in AI research and development.
  8. Participate in conferences and seminars to share findings and network with other AI experts.
