
Renewals Manager - MuleSoft

- Manage the renewal process for MuleSoft customers, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and priorities.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to optimize customer retention and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any customer concerns or issues.
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any challenges.
- Monitor and track customer usage and adoption to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate terms and pricing for renewal contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on renewal metrics and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform renewal strategies.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, providing feedback and insights to improve products and services.
- Train and mentor team members on renewal best practices and processes.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive overall customer satisfaction and success.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Managing Renewals For Enterprise Software Products, Preferably In The Cloud Technology Space.
Strong Understanding Of Salesforce And Mulesoft Products, Including Licensing Models, Pricing, And Product Roadmap.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Renewal Targets And Maintaining High Customer Retention Rates.
Experience In Developing And Executing Renewal Strategies, Including Upselling And Cross-Selling Opportunities, To Drive Revenue Growth.
