
Renewals Manager - MuleSoft

- Manage the renewal process for MuleSoft subscriptions: The Renewals Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all MuleSoft subscription renewals are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes understanding the renewal process, tracking renewal dates, and proactively reaching out to clients to ensure timely and successful renewals.
- Build and maintain client relationships: The Renewals Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients during the renewal process. It will be their responsibility to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the MuleSoft product.
- Drive growth and revenue: This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through successful renewals. The Renewals Manager will work closely with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing client accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service: As a representative of Salesforce and MuleSoft, the Renewals Manager will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to clients. This includes promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the renewal process.
- Analyze data and report on renewals: The Renewals Manager will be responsible for tracking and analyzing renewal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. They will also be responsible for providing regular reports to management on renewal rates and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams: This role will require strong collaboration with internal teams such as sales, account management, and finance to ensure a seamless renewal process for clients. The Renewals Manager will act as a liaison between these teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge: To effectively manage renewals, the Renewals Manager must stay updated on industry trends and have a deep understanding of the MuleSoft product. They will be responsible for continuously learning and staying informed to provide the best service to clients.
- Meet and exceed renewal targets: The Renewals Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding renewal targets set
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Renewals Or Account Management Capacity.
Strong Understanding Of Mulesoft Products, Services, And Pricing Models.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Renewing A Portfolio Of High-Value Enterprise Accounts.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With Experience In Managing Complex And Strategic Customer Accounts.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Customer Success, And Product Teams, To Ensure A Seamless Renewal Process For Customers.
