
Recruiting Content Specialist
Utilize storytelling skills and design thinking principles to develop engaging and digestible presentations in Google Slides (Keynote a plus). Support executive narratives through presentation design and speaking points. Ensure consistent implementation of our narrative and brand style guidelines. Deliver visual stories (creative and copy) that bring our talent brand to life and engage prospective candidates. Edit and proofread recruiting content. Proactively collect relevant stats and feedback from multiple business partners to support the overall narrative and creative direction.
2-4 years’ relevant experience
Flexibility to iterate with a team, as well as break off and develop individual concepts when needed
Engineering or technical writing experience a plus
Experience utilizing email marketing tools such as Marketing Cloud
