Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join the Salesforce team and help us build a strong team of top talent! The ideal candidate for this role will have an extensive background in recruitment, with expertise in leveraging various sourcing strategies and building out hiring pipelines. They should be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail, and have an excellent customer-service mindset. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute recruitment plans to identify and attract top talent • Utilize various sourcing strategies such as direct recruiting, job postings, networking, etc. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates • Screen and interview potential candidates and assess their qualifications • Support the hiring process by providing detailed feedback and recommendations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies • Liaise with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on progress • Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
