Responsibilities: • Develop and execute recruitment plans to identify and attract top talent • Utilize various sourcing strategies such as direct recruiting, job postings, networking, etc. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates • Screen and interview potential candidates and assess their qualifications • Support the hiring process by providing detailed feedback and recommendations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies • Liaise with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on progress • Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
