Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Recruiter to join the Salesforce team! As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to identify and recruit top talent for the Salesforce organization. You must have a keen eye for talent and an innate ability to match the right candidate with the right job.To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, have an in-depth understanding of talent acquisition and selection processes, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify, source, and recruit top talent for Salesforce.
2. Research and analyze talent acquisition and selection processes to ensure successful hiring.
3. Evaluate and review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
4. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews in order to assess candidates.
5. Make recommendations to hiring managers about appropriate candidates for the role.
6. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful recruitment process.
8. Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.
9. Track and report on recruitment metrics.
10. Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and industry best practices.
