Job Description

Lead multiple customer implementations in a Test Lead capacity using onshore/offshore models. Lead the creation of key testing artifacts (such as test plans, test cases, reports, and UAT plans). Develop full-scale test strategies and plans and associated communications documents. Works closely with internal and customer teams to understand business requirements, coordinate testing activities, and communicate test results. Lead test team in validating thorough testing, ensuring that project goals are met. Manage a team of QA Analysts throughout a project. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise QA team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Oversee all the aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics and developing best practices ensuring that quality goals are met. Lead continuous improvement efforts, within the context of a project team. Lead internal defect triage calls, ensuring successful resolution of found defects.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a testing Lead/Manager capacity

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment

  • Active Salesforce Certifications

  • Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results
