  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for the Salesforce platform.
  2. Lead and manage a team of QA analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  3. Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and cases to ensure thorough testing of all Salesforce products and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that new features and enhancements are thoroughly tested and meet customer requirements.
  5. Continuously monitor and improve the quality of our products and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews of testing processes and results to identify and address any issues or gaps.
  7. Oversee the documentation of test cases, results, and other relevant QA documentation.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and customer service teams, to provide updates on QA progress and any identified issues.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to ensure that our products and services are in line with industry standards.
  10. Mentor and train team members to ensure their skills and knowledge are up-to-date and in line with company standards.
  11. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.
  12. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new QA team members.
  13. Take ownership of any critical issues or defects, working with cross-functional teams to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Identify and implement tools and technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce QA, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce: A Qa Manager At Salesforce Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform And Its Functionalities. This Includes Knowledge Of Salesforce Architecture, Data Models, And Integration Capabilities.

  • Strong Testing And Qa Background: A Qa Manager Should Have A Strong Background In Software Testing And Quality Assurance Processes. They Should Be Familiar With Different Testing Methodologies And Tools, And Have The Ability To Design And Execute Comprehensive Test Plans.
