Project Manager, Operational Excellence

The OpEx team is looking for a motivated and energized project manager! OpEx is comprised of project managers who deliver operational support for cross-team initiatives and enablement/onboarding to help scale the department. Develop and leverage repeatable templates, process documentation, and communication plans for various programs leveraging Asana. Create and/or maintain templates, workflows and dashboards to help everyone do their jobs more effectively. Understand the department business to connect dots and coordinate with the right people to get the work done. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Establish and effectively communicate business goals, scope, and priorities with stakeholders. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Identifies and manages project risk.
