  1. Develop and execute key real estate projects and initiatives for Salesforce's growing company.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for all real estate strategic initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of real estate projects.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities.
  5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and landlords.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in real estate operations.
  8. Monitor and report on the progress of real estate projects to senior management.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the success of real estate projects.
  10. Provide strategic recommendations and insights to support decision making related to real estate initiatives.
  11. Represent Salesforce in negotiations with landlords, brokers, and other real estate partners.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate projects.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve real estate processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Real Estate Strategic Initiatives team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Specifically In The Real Estate Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Market Trends, Industry Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Complex Real Estate Strategic Initiatives, With A Strong Focus On Driving Efficiency And Cost Savings.
