Job Description

Proactive customer engagement to dig into what we are hearing from our customers to find the themes and important trends that can help Salesforce improve our products and our engagement with our customers. Evangelize GovCloud capabilities across internal stakeholders and externally with customers. Identify the customers’ product and platform requirements and work with product teams to deliver solutions. Coordinate performance and load testing with program architects and system integrator, ensuring recommendations are implemented to optimize performance. Deliver business value and innovation to a customer’s business by understanding our customers’ key business challenges and potential for growth. Technical knowledge to deeply understand the customers requirements and translate them into technical and functional requirements for implementation by the engineering team.
