Job Description

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and document business and functional requirements. Liaise between stakeholders and scrum team to ensure requirements are complete and fully developed as specified. Ensure new processes and changed processes are scalable and flexible to meet future business needs. Design processes that can be implemented with minimal disruption to supporting systems and are cost effective. Document supporting details to requirements such as process diagram, data flow diagrams and mapping, and high-level architecture diagrams. Support the Director in business process improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as product owner is required. 6 to 8 years is preferred

  • Agile certifications preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner

  • Solid understanding of basic data model, data dependencies, and system integrations

  • Experience with Xactly or other compensation systems is preferred, but not required
