We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Management Director to join our team and lead the development and execution of Salesforce Success Plans. As the Product Management Director for Success Plans, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' success by driving the strategy and roadmap for our suite of success offerings.   1. Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Salesforce Success Plans, in alignment with the overall company vision and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers to drive the success plan product portfolio from ideation to launch, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery.
  3. Conduct market and competitive research to identify customer needs and trends, and use this data to inform product development decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development and enhancement plans.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators for the success plans, ensuring they are meeting customer needs and driving business growth.
  6. Develop and manage the success plan product budget, making strategic investment decisions to maximize ROI.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success and product management, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate our success offerings.
  8. Represent Salesforce as a thought leader in the customer success space, through speaking engagements, thought leadership content, and networking events.
  9. Act as the main point of contact for any escalations or issues related to the success plans, and work closely with the customer success team to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing and packaging strategies for the success plans, and provide support for sales pitches and presentations.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and success of the success plans.
  12. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
  13. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, representing our company values and culture in all interactions with customers and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Products And Driving Growth.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Salesforce Products: A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Products, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, And Others, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Salesforce Updates And Industry Trends.
