  1. Develop and implement localization strategy for Salesforce products, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the Localization team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless integration of localization efforts.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify cultural nuances and market trends that will inform localization decisions.
  5. Partner with regional teams to understand and address specific market needs and localization requirements.
  6. Drive the successful launch and scaling of global products, working closely with product managers and other stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve localization processes and outcomes.
  8. Ensure high-quality and culturally appropriate localization of product content, including but not limited to user interface, documentation, and marketing materials.
  9. Stay current on industry best practices and advancements in localization technology to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  11. Communicate localization updates and progress to senior leadership and provide recommendations for improvement.
  12. Champion a customer-centric approach to localization, ensuring exceptional user experiences for customers around the world.
  13. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's localization capabilities and thought leadership.
