Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Principal Technical Account Manager to join the Salesforce family. If you’re passionate about helping customers get the most out of their Salesforce investments, this role is for you.As Principal Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer success. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your technical background to ensure our customers get the most out of their Salesforce investments. To be successful in this role, you’ll need exceptional problem solving skills, a deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to build relationships with customers. You’ll also need to be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer service teams. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage technical background to ensure customers get the most out of their Salesforce investments.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  3. Provide outstanding customer success solutions.
  4. Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  5. Monitor customer usage of the Salesforce platform to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality.
  7. Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Create and deliver presentations to customers and internal teams.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer adoption and engagement.
  10. Provide feedback to the engineering and product teams to help shape the future of Salesforce.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science

  • Engineering Or Related Field

  • + Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Technical Role

  • Experience In A Technical Account Manager Role
