Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Principal Technical Account Manager to join the Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer success, a deep technical knowledge, and a proven ability to build strong customer relationships. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background and the ability to effectively partner with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce products. The ideal candidate should have an advanced knowledge of cloud computing, Salesforce products, their configuration and usage, and a proven history of success in a customer-facing technical role. We expect the Principal Technical Account Manager to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on listening, problem solving, and conflict resolution. They should also have a passion for staying current on new technologies and trends in the industry. We are looking for an individual who is excited to join a fast-paced and innovative team committed to customer success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce products
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to customers on Salesforce configuration and usage
  3. Listen attentively to customer needs to identify and recommend appropriate solutions
  4. Monitor customer usage and engagement to ensure successful product adoption
  5. Collaborate with Salesforce teams to ensure customer success
  6. Stay current on new technologies and trends in the Salesforce industry
  7. Facilitate conflict resolution between customers and Salesforce teams
  8. Develop and deliver presentations to customers to explain product features and demonstrate value
  9. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement on Salesforce products and services
  10. Provide technical training to customers on Salesforce products and services
