As the leader of a customer's technical team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and customer satisfaction from a technical perspective, while ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.We are looking for someone with the following qualifications: advanced technical understanding of cloud technologies and architectures; knowledge of software engineering, system administration, and/or network engineering; strategic and analytical thinking abilities; excellent communication skills; and a deep understanding of customer success. Experience working at Salesforce or another cloud computing company is a plus.You must have a passion for customer success and a desire to solve complex technical problems. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a customer's technical team in driving customer success and customer satisfaction from a technical perspective.
  2. Ensure that customers have a positive experience with Salesforce.
  3. Demonstrate advanced technical understanding of cloud technologies and architectures.
  4. Utilize knowledge of software engineering, system administration, and/or network engineering to solve complex technical problems.
  5. Utilize strategic and analytical thinking abilities to identify customer success opportunities.
  6. Maintain excellent communication skills with customers.
  7. Possess a deep understanding of customer success.
  8. Possess a passion for customer success.
  9. Provide customer support.
  10. Monitor customer usage metrics and provide insights to improve customer experience.
