
Principal Success Manager
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Principal Success Manager to join the Salesforce team. This role requires an individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering success for our customers, and the ability to think strategically and proactively. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies to ensure that our customers achieve their desired outcomes, while achieving their own professional and personal goals.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success, consulting or related field, as well as a proven track record of developing and executing successful customer success strategies. In addition, the successful candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce’s products and services, and be able to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.With a customer-centric focus and a passion for delivering success, the Principal Success Manager will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our customers and Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer success.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to ensure customer success is top priority.
- Monitor customer success progress and provide guidance and feedback where needed.
- Develop and implement customer success plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer success initiatives are aligned with company goals.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to optimize customer success operations.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and potential risks.
- Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and advice.
- Develop and implement initiatives to ensure customer success and retention.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills
