- Design and develop efficient and scalable distributed systems to power the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and prioritize product requirements.
- Lead and participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.
- Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
- Help drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of different components.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather requirements.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.

Extensive Experience In Software Engineering And Development - A Strong Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10+ Years Of Experience In Software Engineering And Development, With A Focus On Backend And Distributed Systems. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Software Design Principles, Coding Languages And Frameworks, And Experience With Agile Development Methodologies.
Proficiency In Distributed Systems And Cloud Technologies - The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In Distributed Systems, Including Experience With Technologies Such As Kubernetes, Docker, And Aws. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Computing And The Ability To Design And Implement Highly Scalable, Fault-Tolerant Systems.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills - As A Principal Software Engineer/ Pmts, This Role Will Require Not Only Technical Expertise But Also Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills. The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Leading Teams And Managing Complex Projects, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Delegate Responsibilities, And Drive Results.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Abilities - In This Role, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Both Within The Organization And With External Partners. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Ensure Effective Coordination And Alignment On Project Goals And Deliverables.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field - While A Degree Is Not Always A Requirement For Software Engineering Roles, A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field Is Highly Preferred For This Position.
