  1. Lead and manage the development and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions for localization processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design scalable solutions.
  3. Drive innovation and continuous improvement of localization automation processes.
  4. Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable code.
  5. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance the localization automation processes.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to localization automation.
  8. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
  10. Participate in agile development processes, including planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
  11. Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure consistency and compatibility across platforms.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to other teams within the organization.
  13. Create and maintain technical documentation for localization automation processes.
  14. Participate in recruitment efforts and help build a strong and diverse team.
  15. Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of existing localization automation processes.
  16. Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  17. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide progress updates and raise any issues or concerns.
  18. Ensure compliance with security and privacy policies while developing and implementing solutions.
  19. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  20. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices with the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Localization Automation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Automation Solutions For Localization Processes. They Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Standards And Best Practices For Localization Automation.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Principal Software Engineer At Salesforce Should Have A Strong Background In Software Development, With Proficiency In Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Ruby. They Should Also Have Experience With Automation Tools And Frameworks Like Selenium, Appium, Or Robot Framework.

  • Deep Understanding Of Localization Processes: As A Principal Software Engineer, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Localization Processes And Workflows, Including Internationalization, Translation, And Localization Testing. They Should Be Able To Identify And Implement Automation Solutions To Streamline These Processes.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Engineers And Drive Projects To Successful Completion. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects To Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Effective Communication And Collaboration Are Essential For This Role, As The Principal Software Engineer Will Be Working Closely With Various Teams, Including Product Management, Development, Localization, And Quality Assurance. They Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Collaboratively To Solve Problems And Drive Results.
