  1. Lead the development and implementation of automation processes to support localization efforts.
  2. Create and maintain a roadmap for automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  4. Design and implement automation frameworks and tools to streamline localization processes.
  5. Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure the effectiveness of automation processes.
  6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and enhance the automation process.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and other engineers.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on automation and localization processes, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  9. Communicate project updates, progress, and potential roadblocks to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Monitor and analyze the performance of automation processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  11. Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality code and maintainable automation processes.
  12. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions.
  13. Collaborate with product and project managers to define project requirements and timelines.
  14. Document and maintain technical specifications and user guides for automation processes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and optimize automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Background And Experience In Software Development, With A Focus On Localization Automation Tools And Processes.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Programming Languages And Frameworks Commonly Used In Localization, Such As Java, Python, And Ruby On Rails.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Localization Projects, With A Deep Understanding Of The Localization Lifecycle And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Managers, Designers, And Linguists.

  • Prior Experience Working With Internationalization And Localization Tools, Such As Translation Management Systems And Continuous Localization Platforms, And The Ability To Evaluate And Implement New Tools As Needed.
