- Develop and implement strategic plans for enterprise-level clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce products.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the best practices for integrating Salesforce into their business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges and issues for clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Salesforce technology to continuously improve our offerings.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and data privacy policies and regulations.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and training to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Salesforce products by providing insights and feedback from client interactions.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Enterprise Solutions.
Strong Knowledge Of Salesforce Platform: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Platform And Its Various Components, Including Salesforce Crm, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, And Service Cloud. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Salesforce Integrations And Customizations.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Principal Enterprise Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Providing Strategic Direction And Solving Complex Business Problems. They Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically To Develop Innovative Solutions.
Leadership And Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Experience Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Architects And Developers.
Domain Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Domain Expertise In At Least One Industry, Such As Finance, Healthcare, Or Retail. This Will Enable Them To Understand The Specific Business Needs And Challenges Of Clients In That Industry And Design Solutions That Meet Their Unique Requirements.
