- Serve as the subject matter expert on enterprise systems and applications, providing guidance and recommendations for their integration and optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform and evolve the company's enterprise architecture strategy.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop technology solutions that support their goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that new products and features align with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
- Conduct regular assessments of the company's existing architecture and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales activities and contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative enterprise architecture solutions.

Exceptional Leadership Skills: As The Principal Enterprise Architect, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Architects And Driving The Overall Enterprise Architecture Strategy For Salesforce. They Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Motivating Teams Towards Achieving Business Goals.
Strong Technical Background: A Solid Understanding Of Cloud Technologies, Such As Salesforce's Own Products, Is A Must For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance To The Team.
