  1. Lead the design strategy and vision for Salesforce products and services.
  2. Develop and implement innovative design thinking processes to drive business success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategy with business goals.
  4. Utilize data and user research to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all products and services.
  6. Mentor and coach design team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance the design strategy.
  8. Present design strategies and plans to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  9. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business requirements.
  10. Advocate for the user and prioritize their needs throughout the design process.
  11. Drive the design roadmap and ensure timely delivery of design projects.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and showcase the impact of design on business outcomes.
  13. Provide thought leadership and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the company.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Extensive Experience In Design Strategy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Design Strategy, Including Experience In Developing And Implementing Design Processes, Frameworks, And Methodologies.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Principal Design Strategist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Design Strategists And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential, Including The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Others.
