Responsibilities: • Develop and execute innovative solutions to meet the needs of MuleSoft clients. • Manage complex projects from initiation to completion. • Provide expert level support for clients in various technical areas. • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions. • Develop best practices, standards, and processes to improve operational efficiency. • Ensure adherence to established architecture, security, and performance standards. • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and share ideas to enhance product offerings.
