  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with Salesforce's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify pricing trends and competitive landscape, and make pricing recommendations based on these insights.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to gather input and ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business needs.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and pricing data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
  5. Lead pricing negotiations with customers and partners to maximize profitability and drive business success.
  6. Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of current pricing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions and facilitate pricing analysis.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pricing strategy and proactively incorporate them into Salesforce's pricing approach.
  9. Train and mentor team members on pricing strategies and best practices.
  10. Communicate pricing strategies and decisions to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide regular updates on pricing performance.
  11. Ensure compliance with pricing policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline pricing operations and increase efficiency.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional pricing and discount strategies.
  14. Analyze and report on pricing performance and key metrics to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  15. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences, showcasing our pricing strategies and successes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pricing Strategy And Revenue Management, Preferably In The Software Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Pricing Strategies That Drive Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Pricing Strategies To Executive Leadership.
