- Serve as the main point of contact for new employees during their first few weeks at MuleSoft, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company's mission, values, and goals.
- Facilitate training sessions to educate new employees on MuleSoft's technology and Salesforce's values.
- Create and maintain onboarding materials, including handbooks, manuals, and training materials.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Act as a mentor and resource for new employees, answering any questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Monitor and track the progress of new employees during their onboarding period, providing feedback and support as needed.
