
Office Service/Administration Manager
End-to-end event planning focussed on promoting employee engagement (from small weekly events to large scale Holiday and Summer parties). Management of site budget (events, lunches, office supplies). Liaison point between Real Estate and the Raleigh office. Liaison point between IT and the Raleigh office. Central point of contact for Building managemnet (within our leased space). Advocate for Salesforce employees and escalate issues as needed. VTO (Volunteer Time Off) site champion. Organize in office and external events to ensure the team meets volunteering targets. Liaison between Recruiting and local hiring managers to ensure top quality candidates are sourced and taken through the hiring process. Owner of site specific comms as and when needed e.g Health and Safety, training, office info etc Learn best practices from other offices and implement in Raleigh. Share Best practices from Raleigh with other site leads.
