- Develop and implement offensive security strategies and roadmaps to continuously improve the security posture of Salesforce systems and services.
- Lead and manage a team of skilled offensive security professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the team's success.
- Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing of Salesforce systems and services to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and legal, to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in offensive security, and proactively identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and develop incident response plans to quickly mitigate and remediate any potential threats.
- Communicate security risks and recommendations to senior leadership, and advocate for necessary resources and investments to enhance offensive security capabilities.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability across the organization, by providing training and education on offensive security best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and vendors to stay informed on emerging threats and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, and support audit activities as needed.
Extensive Experience In Offensive Security Techniques And Strategies, Including Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, And Threat Modeling.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 27001, Hipaa, And Gdpr.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Security Professionals, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
Solid Understanding Of Cloud Security And Experience Implementing Security Controls In A Cloud Environment, Preferably With Salesforce Products.
