- Develop and implement sales strategies to target and acquire new enterprise clients in the non-profit industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Conduct thorough research on the non-profit industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, to better understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quarterly revenue goals.

Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Named Account Executive, Enterprise For Salesforce Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets In A B2B Environment. They Should Have Experience In Consultative Selling And Building Strong Relationships With Clients.
Understanding Of Non-Profit Industry: As This Role Specifically Targets Non-Profit Organizations, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry, Its Challenges, And How Salesforce Solutions Can Address Their Needs. This Includes Knowledge Of Fundraising, Donor Management, And Volunteer Management Processes.
Technical Aptitude: While Not Necessarily A Requirement, A Strong Understanding Of Cloud-Based Technology And Salesforce's Suite Of Products Would Be Highly Beneficial. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Demo And Articulate The Value Of These Solutions To Non-Profit Clients.
