  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to target and acquire new enterprise clients in the non-profit industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
  3. Conduct thorough research on the non-profit industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, to better understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and quarterly revenue goals.
  6. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  8. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  9. Continuously enhance knowledge of Salesforce products and services to effectively articulate the value proposition to clients.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Salesforce, representing the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.
  11. Collaborate with the sales leadership team to provide market insights and contribute to overall sales strategy.
  12. Provide regular feedback and insights to the product team to help improve products and services for non-profit clients.
  13. Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  14. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Named Account Executive, Enterprise For Salesforce Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets In A B2B Environment. They Should Have Experience In Consultative Selling And Building Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Understanding Of Non-Profit Industry: As This Role Specifically Targets Non-Profit Organizations, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry, Its Challenges, And How Salesforce Solutions Can Address Their Needs. This Includes Knowledge Of Fundraising, Donor Management, And Volunteer Management Processes.

  • Technical Aptitude: While Not Necessarily A Requirement, A Strong Understanding Of Cloud-Based Technology And Salesforce's Suite Of Products Would Be Highly Beneficial. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Demo And Articulate The Value Of These Solutions To Non-Profit Clients.

  • Communication And Presentation Skills: The Named Account Executive, Enterprise Will Be Responsible For Delivering Presentations And Engaging With C-Level Executives And Decision-Makers At Non-Profit Organizations. Therefore, Excellent Communication, Persuasion, And Presentation Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Team Player: The Successful Candidate Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Internal Teams, Such As Sales Development Reps, Solution Engineers, And Customer Success Managers, To Drive Successful Outcomes For Clients. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure A Seamless Experience For Clients.
