- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at strategic client accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for designated named accounts.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and effectively position Salesforce's solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce's products and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position Salesforce in the market.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solutions for clients.
- Utilize Salesforce's CRM system to track and manage sales activities and client interactions.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to their development.
- Embody Salesforce's values and culture and act as a brand ambassador at all times.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large Enterprise Accounts.
Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Sell Their Value To Clients.
Experience In Strategic Account Planning And A Demonstrated Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets.
