  1. Lead the successful delivery of MuleSoft integration projects for public sector clients.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for MuleSoft projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Manage and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers and consultants.
  5. Ensure project requirements are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
  6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
  7. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in MuleSoft integration and project management.
  10. Provide guidance and support to clients in their MuleSoft integration journey.
  11. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
  12. Uphold company values and maintain a high level of professionalism when representing the company to clients and partners.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality work.
  14. Continuously improve and streamline project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Attend and participate in relevant industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Mulesoft Implementation: A Mulesoft Engagement Delivery Manager At Salesforce Should Have A Strong Background In Implementing Mulesoft Solutions For Clients, With A Deep Understanding Of The Mulesoft Platform And Its Capabilities.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Is Well-Versed In Project Management Methodologies And Has Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Mulesoft Projects For Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Public Sector Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Public Sector Industry, Including Its Unique Challenges And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Stakeholder Management: As An Engagement Delivery Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Relationships With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Team Members, And Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Leadership Skills Are A Must.

  • Mulesoft Certifications: A Mulesoft Engagement Delivery Manager At Salesforce Should Hold Relevant Mulesoft Certifications, Such As The Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect Or Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect, To Demonstrate Their Expertise In The Platform.
