- Lead MuleSoft implementation projects for Public Sector clients, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery, and proactively communicate and resolve them with stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities and drive customer success.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and technical solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in MuleSoft implementation, and apply them to project delivery.
- Represent the company and promote its values and culture while interacting with clients and other stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Mulesoft Implementation And Delivery: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Delivering Mulesoft Projects For Public Sector Clients. They Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Mulesoft's Technology Stack, Best Practices, And Project Delivery Methodologies.
Strong Project Management Skills: As An Engagement Delivery Manager, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects Within Budget And Timelines. They Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Project Risks, Stakeholders, And Resources To Ensure Project Success.
Understanding Of Public Sector Landscape: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Public Sector Market And Its Unique Challenges. They Should Be Familiar With Public Sector Procurement Processes, Compliance Requirements, And Security Standards.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders.
