  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for the successful delivery of MuleSoft integration projects within the public sector.
  2. Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions to clients.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify and address potential project roadblocks or challenges.
  7. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on budget.
  8. Continuously improve and refine project management processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in MuleSoft integration to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing among team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Mulesoft Integration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Mulesoft Integration Technologies, Including Mulesoft Anypoint Platform And Api Management.

  • Project Management Skills: The Engagement Delivery Manager Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Project Timelines, Resources, And Budgets Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Salesforce Ecosystem: Familiarity With The Salesforce Ecosystem, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, And Marketing Cloud, Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience Working With Salesforce Lightning Platform.

  • Public Sector Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Public Sector Clients, Understanding Their Unique Requirements, And Delivering Successful Projects In This Space.

  • Communication And Collaboration: As A Key Point Of Contact For Clients, The Engagement Delivery Manager Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders, Both Internal And External.
