Salesforce is seeking a highly skilled Engagement Delivery Manager with expertise in MuleSoft to join our PubSec team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering successful MuleSoft projects for our public sector clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.   1. Lead and manage MuleSoft projects for public sector clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and timelines, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their digital transformation needs and identify opportunities for business growth.
  4. Provide expert guidance and advice on MuleSoft best practices and solutions, helping clients achieve their digital transformation goals.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively addressing them to ensure project success.
  6. Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficient project delivery.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of MuleSoft professionals, providing guidance and support to drive high-quality project delivery.
  8. Communicate project updates and status to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
  9. Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance project delivery processes.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in MuleSoft to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Mulesoft Implementation: A Qualified Engagement Delivery Manager For Mulesoft At Salesforce Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Delivering Mulesoft Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementations.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, With A Demonstrated Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Knowledge Of Public Sector Industry: In Addition To Mulesoft Expertise, The Engagement Delivery Manager Should Possess Knowledge Of The Public Sector Industry, Including Government Regulations, Compliance Standards, And Specific Challenges Faced By This Sector.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management: The Role Requires Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Project Teams, And Other Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience Managing Client Relationships And Driving Successful Outcomes.

  • Mulesoft Certification: A Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect Or Mulesoft Certified Developer Certification Is Highly Desirable For This Role, As It Demonstrates The Candidate's In-Depth Knowledge And Expertise In Mulesoft Technology.
