We are currently seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Manager for our MuleSoft team, specifically within the Public Sector industry. In this role, you will lead the delivery of MuleSoft projects for our public sector clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of MuleSoft products.   1. Lead the delivery of MuleSoft projects for public sector clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of MuleSoft products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative technology solutions for clients.
  3. Understand and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the public sector landscape to provide expert guidance to clients.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all project-related communication and escalations.
  5. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
  7. Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality delivery of MuleSoft projects.
  8. Work closely with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients.
  9. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition of projects from delivery to ongoing support.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on MuleSoft products and services, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  11. Stay updated on MuleSoft product updates and advancements to continuously improve project delivery.
  12. Maintain a customer-centric approach, consistently providing exceptional service and support to clients.
  13. Participate in industry events and conferences to showcase Salesforce's MuleSoft capabilities and build relationships with potential clients.
  14. Contribute to the development and improvement of project delivery processes and methodologies.
  15. Adhere to Salesforce's values and code of conduct, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Mulesoft: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mulesoft, With A Deep Understanding Of Its Capabilities And Integration Methodologies.

  • Project Management Skills: The Mulesoft Engagement Delivery Manager Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Integration Projects Within The Designated Timeline And Budget.

  • Public Sector Knowledge: As The Role Is Specifically For The Public Sector, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Sector's Unique Challenges, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
