
MuleSoft Account Partner
We’re looking for an experienced MuleSoft Account Partner to join Salesforce and help our customers realize their digital transformation goals. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a passion for developing and managing relationships with our clients. To be successful in this role, you should have a technical background with experience using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform, strong communication and negotiation skills, and an exemplary track record of sales success. You should also be able to think critically and strategically to determine the best way to achieve the mutual success of our customers and Salesforce. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their digital transformation goals are met
- Utilize MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to provide technical solutions that meet customer needs
- Utilize communication and negotiation skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer needs to create strategies that will benefit both the customer and Salesforce
- Remain up-to-date on the latest MuleSoft technologies and trends
- Monitor customer progress to ensure goals are being met and to identify any areas of improvement
- Collaborate with Salesforce teams to ensure customer success
- Develop reports and present results to internal and external stakeholders
