  1. Sell MuleSoft software solutions to higher education institutions by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at universities and colleges to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively position MuleSoft solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the education industry, including key challenges and competitive landscape.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on MuleSoft solutions and provide consultative sales advice to clients.
  8. Represent Salesforce and MuleSoft at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new leads and promote the brand.
  9. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  10. Continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and expansion within the higher education market.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients.

  • Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Mulesoft Account Executive- Higher Education Job At Salesforce Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Sales In The Software Industry, Preferably In The Higher Education Sector. They Should Have Experience In Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients, As Well As Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Understanding Of The Higher Education Industry: To Be Successful In This Role, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Higher Education Industry, Including The Challenges And Opportunities Faced By Institutions. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Identify Potential Clients And Tailor Their Sales Approach Accordingly.

  • Team Player: The Mulesoft Account Executive Will Work Closely With Other Teams Within Salesforce, Such As Marketing And Customer Success, To Achieve Sales Objectives. Therefore, The Candidate Should Be A Team Player, With The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Colleagues From Different Departments.
