  1. Develop and maintain relationships with higher education institutions to promote MuleSoft's integration platform as a solution for their digital needs.
  2. Identify potential clients and conduct market research to understand their unique challenges and needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting MuleSoft's value proposition and demonstrating how it can benefit higher education institutions.
  5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  6. Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase MuleSoft's capabilities and how it can solve clients' integration challenges.
  7. Understand and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the higher education sector.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  9. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.
  10. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
  11. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation process for clients.
  12. Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of MuleSoft's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  13. Represent MuleSoft as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive image of the company.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Business Development Role, Preferably Within The Higher Education Industry.

  • Experience Selling Complex Software Solutions, Preferably In The Integration Or Cloud-Based Technology Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Higher Education Landscape, Including Key Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities.

  • Demonstrated Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Focus On Building And Maintaining Long-Term Relationships With Clients.
