  1. Develop and maintain relationships with higher education institutions to understand their specific needs and challenges.
  2. Actively seek out and identify potential clients within the higher education industry.
  3. Collaborate with the MuleSoft team to create and implement effective sales strategies for the higher education sector.
  4. Communicate the value and benefits of MuleSoft's integration platform to potential clients.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability for both parties.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively position MuleSoft's solutions.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote MuleSoft's offerings.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients.
  11. Keep detailed records of sales activities and progress, providing regular reports to management.
  12. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge of MuleSoft's products and offerings.
  13. Maintain a deep understanding of the education industry, including current challenges and opportunities, to effectively position MuleSoft's solutions.
  14. Represent Salesforce and MuleSoft as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to clients.
  15. Embody the company's core values and culture in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Higher Education Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mulesoft's Technology And Solutions, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets.

  • Familiarity With Salesforce's Products And Services, And A Deep Understanding Of The Higher Education Market Trends And Challenges.
