- Conduct in-depth interviews with customers to understand their success stories and experiences with Salesforce.
- Develop compelling and impactful customer stories that effectively showcase the power of Salesforce.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure accuracy and alignment in customer stories.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify key messaging and value propositions to incorporate into customer stories.
- Utilize storytelling techniques and marketing principles to create engaging and persuasive customer stories.
- Manage the production and distribution of customer stories across various marketing channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and events.
- Continuously monitor and measure the impact of customer stories on marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer success to inform the development of customer stories.
- Represent Salesforce in a professional and positive manner when interacting with customers and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field With A Strong Understanding Of Storytelling And Content Development.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In A Customer-Focused Role.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Customer Stories That Resonate With Target Audiences.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Salesforce Crm And Other Marketing Automation Tools, With A Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis And Reporting.
