
Marketing Cloud Prime Account Executive (FINS)
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Cloud Prime Account Executive (FINS) to join our Salesforce team. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue and maximizing customer success for the FINS vertical.We’re seeking a candidate with the right combination of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and customer relationship skills. Your primary objective will be to develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and to provide them with solutions to meet their business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue for the FINS vertical by identifying customer needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and foster strong customer relationships in order to maximize customer success.
- Utilize Salesforce technology to increase sales productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to create effective sales strategies.
- Leverage customer insights to develop competitive sales proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Demonstrate industry and product knowledge to educate customers on our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the onboarding and implementation of marketing cloud solutions.
- Support the sales team by providing product advice, technical assistance, and customer feedback.
