Job Description

Lead and optimize campaigns that drive our self service business. Champion creative excellence, deriving insight-driven initiatives, guiding creative to bring concepts to life, inspiring self serve user love. Partner with creative and production partners to develop the best content, whether in-depth or scrappy, to deeply connect with Slack self serve users. Partner across the Marketing team to organize, prioritize, and forecast output, design and execute A/B tests to achieve self service goals. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Copy, and Design teams to transform ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences. Analyze business performance, drive measurable outcomes and clear recommendations to cross-functional partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years experience in related campaigns, growth, performance marketing, or related role

  • Growth marketing experience at a software company required

  • Adept with gathering, analyzing, and reporting on large data sets and experience with BI tools

  • An eye for impactful creative, ability to drive strategic messaging
