
Manager, Technical Support Engineering
We’re looking for an exceptional Manager, Technical Support Engineering to join Salesforce’s Technical Support team and lead a team of engineers who are passionate about customer support.As a Manager of Technical Support Engineering, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for our customers’ technical support needs. You will be the driving force behind the team, providing leadership and direction to ensure that we are meeting our customer’s expectations.The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of technical skills, managerial experience, and customer service acumen. You should be a creative problem solver, with the ability to think strategically and the drive to see projects through to completion.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a customer service environment• In-depth knowledge of customer service best practices• Ability to lead a team and mentor individual contributors• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks• Experience with Salesforce products and services a plus
