
Manager, Supplier Relationship Management
Welcome to Salesforce! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager of Supplier Relationship Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of supply chain management, and a proven track record of successful supplier management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise, taking proactive measures to prevent future problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier management program.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier relationship management.
- Analyze and report on supplier performance metrics to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, contract renewals, and supplier onboarding.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for supplier relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain efficient supply chain processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier contracts, agreements, and performance evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with suppliers and other external partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supplier Relationship Management Or Procurement.
Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills.
Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data To Make Strategic Decisions.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Vendor Performance.
