Manager, SOX Advisory & Process Improvement

12. Act as a liaison with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

15. Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of SOX compliance and process improvement efforts.
16. Promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
17. Collaborate with other managers to align SOX compliance efforts with overall company objectives.
18. Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals to ensure their success and professional growth.
19. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
